Which AI does HighLvl use?

Your choice. Bring your own API key (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, or a local Ollama endpoint), run the Claude connector on your own Claude, or let us host the AI for you. The whole app is free on your own AI — you only pay for the hosted lane.

Where does my data live?

On your device. Your logs, profile, and history are stored locally; API keys and any Whoop tokens live in the iOS Keychain on iPhone, or the Android Keystore on Android. We do not keep a central database of your meals, photos, or health data. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

How do I manage or cancel a subscription?

On iOS, hosted-AI subscriptions are billed by Apple — manage, change, or cancel any plan in your Apple account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). On Android, the hosted AI is free during the beta, so there is no subscription to manage yet.

How do I delete my data?

Delete entries in the app, or uninstall HighLvl to wipe its on-device store and secure-storage items — on iOS that is the local Core Data store and Keychain; on Android, the on-device database and Android Keystore. For anything else, email us and we will respond consistent with applicable law.
